In your body, these minerals are used to support factors such as immunity (zinc), can help keep your bones and teeth healthy (phosphorus), and contribute to better sleep quality (magnesium).

  • 200 gr dark chocolate (70%)
  • 100 gr butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr powered sugar


  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with butter over a baigne marie (double boiling)
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale yellow and creamy
  • Fold in the melted butter and chocolate mixture
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
  • Line a 23 cm(9 in) cake tin with greaseproof or other non-stick paper
  • Preheat oven to 180° (350 degrees F) . Bake the cake for 18 min
  • Serve it cold with powdwer sugar on top and whipped cream on a side
