Chicken with Herbs, Garlic and White wine
- 4 Chicken tights
- Rosemary, sage and thyme
- garlic cloves
- White wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black olives (optional)
- salt and black pepper
- Heat the evo oil in a large skillet.
- Seal and brown the chicken Tights
- Minced very finely rosemary and garlic, and add in the skillet.
- Stir well and seson with salt and black pepper.
- Add a galss of white wine (high temperature).
- Add black olives and stir.
- Cover and cook for about 40 minutes over medium to low heat.
