Tiramisù (x6)


125gr sugar powered

4 egg yolks

2 egg whites

500gr mascarpone cheese

1 1/2 cups espresso coffee

40 ladyfingers

Chocolate powder


In a large bowl, whisk sugar with the egg yolks until thick, foamy and pale. Whisk in the mascarpone the egg whites heavy whipped. In a rectangular dish spread the mascarpone cream. Line with half of the ladyfingers and using a spoon pour some coffee over the ladyfingers (or soak in the coffee the ladyfinger). Spread some more mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with a second layer of ladyfingers, coffee and the remaining mixture. Sprinkle the whole surface with chocolate powder. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
