• Ingredients for 4 person:
    8 Pork Loin cut in thick slices (2cm)
    8 Tuscan Ham in slices
    Rice flour
    Sage, crushed garlic, white wine
    Extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper

Wrap each pork loin with a slice of Tuscan ham ( around slice) , tie it with kitchen string and slightly flour.
In a skillet hit the oil, garlic and sage and, when is hot and ingredients start frying, lay down the loins and cook them for 5 minutes a side, on medium fire. Almost at the end season with salt and pepper, wet with some white wine and wait until alcohol will be evaporated. Switch off the fire and wait 5 minutes before serving.
