2 eggs

250gr all purpose flour

40gr sugar

powdered sugar

15 gr butter

3 tablespoons of whisky


oil for frying


Place the flour in a large bowl, add butter, eggs, sugar, whisky and a pinch of salt. Work the mixture until soft but dry. Using the pasta mashine roll the dough out into thin sheets.  Cut into uneven diamond shapes. Heat up frying oil and fry the cenci. Season with  powdered sugar. Enjoy!!!
