Ginny is originally from Rome she has lived in Florence for over 15 years. Her mother, who was Indonesian, passed on her own passion and curiosity for cooking to her by cooking with Ginny from the time she was a little girl. When she came to Tuscany the gastronomic treasures of this region immediately fascinated her and after she had stolen many of its secrets on her own she decided to refine her skills at the Cordon Blue School. Today, Ginny shares her love for good food with her three splendid children, Matilda, Tessa and Brando.
| | Fiamma was born and raised in Florence. She comes from a family whose historic roots in Tuscany date back to the 1200s. From the time she was little her grandmothers and mother gave her informal “cooking lessons” and in doing so passed on their love of traditional Tuscan cooking. Having always loved being in the kitchen, she decided to perfect her natural skills by taking cooking lessons at the Cordon Blue. Fiamma loves to take care of her guests by trying to satisfy their every whim.
.jpg) Teresa was born and raised in Tuscany, where she now lives, in the Chianti area. She comes from a classic big Italian family (seven sisters and two brothers), and her curiosity for cooking began in the huge family villa's kitchen when she was just a kid, looking at the family's cook Gerardo. Along the years, the curiosity became passion, and the Italian tradition was enriched by those of other countries. With a friend she started a catering of Fusion cousine "Mordi il Mondo", dedicated to private dinners and small events. Since last summer she works with her friends Fiamma and Ginny for Kitchen Chez Nous.
